Higher Education Partnerships between the Global North and Global South

Higher education partnerships between the Global North and South are a recognized as means of developing research capacity, especially in institutions South. Due to realities individual agreements, however, not all work effectively. This article examines Norwegian Ethiopian university partnership named “The Ethiopia Network Universities Public Health (SENUPH)” case study identify key elements development effective, mutually beneficial from policy institutional perspectives.
